The recommendations seek to identify what is reasonably required to return the client as close as possible back to the position they would have been in, had the injury not occurred. The Life Care Plan is a dynamic document based on published standards of practice, comprehensive assessment, data analysis, and research. It provides an organized, concise plan for current and future needs with associated cost for individuals who have experienced a catastrophic injury or have chronic health care needs.
