Heather is a 1994 graduate of McGill University’s Bachelor’s program in Physical Therapy. She then began her career with WorkSafe NB after completing a work placement with the organization. Over the next 10 years with WSNB, Heather was fortunate to have had the privilege of experiencing both the roles of Clinician and Case Manager. After making the decision to return to the private sector, the next 15 years of Heather’s career were spent with Occupational Concepts Ltd. in various managerial roles; the last being General Manager overseeing operations and ensuring continuous improvement over the customer, client and employee experience. Heather has been key in the integration of Occupational Concepts and CBI following the acquisition in February 2018.
Heather’s experience in the rehabilitation private sector, knowledge of our customers, leadership strengths in addition to her integrity and focus have been key in her ability to successfully lead the operations of Occupational Concepts and will assist her to effectively leading the CBI Health Centre P.C. Her experience as an Occupational Therapist and as a service provider for both public and private workplaces as well her versatility of knowledge will bring exemplary leadership to the Society in the coming year.

We are pleased to announce our newest addition to the Occupational Concepts team : Tanisha McGinn, Occupational Therapist
After completing her Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at Crandall University, Tanisha decided to make a move and pursue professional studies in a field that focused on her passion for serving others and promoting both physical and mental wellbeing (Occupational Therapy). Tanisha completed her studies in London Ontario where she completed her Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Western Ontario in 2017. Following the completion of her degree, Tanisha returned to her home roots of Miramichi, New Brunswick to pursue her career in Occupational Therapy. Outside of work interest: learning languages and cultures, anything craft related and continued research on informal leadership.

She graduated from NBCC in Business Administration – Accounting. After a few years of administrative and financial services at a financial institution, she now joins OC Bathurst to support the administrative team. Outside of work, Tania likes to socialize, likes outdoor activities and loves life!
Luc is joining the Field Services team and obtained his bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the Université de Moncton in 2015. Starting his career in the field of orthopedics, Luc is excited to join the occupational Concepts team as a Kinesiogist where he hopes to have a positive impact on the life of others.

Dominique completed a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at the Université de Moncton and pursued her studies at the University of Ottawa in Occupational Therapy. A recent graduate, Dominique in joining the Bathurst office to help people Get Back To Living. In her spare time, Dominique enjoys traveling, biking, hiking and coaching basketball.
